The website offers a guided application and document-submission service for Polish vessel registration and related administrative services. Ocean Yacht Registration is an independent service provider. The relevant authority determines whether an application meets its requirements.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate information and documents that you are authorised to share. Tell us promptly about corrections. You remain responsible for the lawful ownership, operation and use of your vessel, and for any licences or permissions outside the agreed registration service.
Application and payment
Saving or submitting an online application does not collect payment or confirm government approval. The team may request further documents or confirm eligibility and the work required. Any payment instructions, agreed work and additional charges must be confirmed before paid work proceeds.
Prices and additional options
Prices are shown in euros. Registration tiers apply only to new registration; related services use their listed service fee. Commercial or bareboat use, MMSI, expedited handling and delivery can add to the total. Standard registered mail adds €15; DHL Express adds €50. Ask the team to confirm whether applicable taxes and authority charges are included in your specific quotation.
Processing and delivery
Displayed processing windows are estimates, not guaranteed completion dates. Missing documents, authority checks and third-party delivery can affect timing. Selecting faster processing does not guarantee acceptance by an authority.
Changes, cancellation and disputes
Contact the team promptly to change or cancel an application. Refer to the Cancellation and Refund Policy for how a request is reviewed. Raise a concern with your reference and a description of the issue. These terms do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
